Outside of the slightly corny names for things, there is a lot of jabber in there that would fit perfectly into a modern day sci-fi story. Just goes to show that a lot of those ideas have been around for a while.
Whenever I get confused about D&D alignment morality, I just imagine Abraham Lincoln and Mahatma Ghandi arm wrestling shirtless on the back of a killer whale.
