my ladyfriend jenny (who helped me name this forum) has just informed me that "congregatio" (latin for union or group) is a feminine noun, and so "invictus" (unbreakable or unconquerable) should be changed to "invicta" to match the gender. sorry wintermute.

also, the name's not set in stone. if any of you have a better idea, by all means, let us know.

(for the curious, other names i submitted to wintermute:

Nakama Kowaranai (japanese for unbreakable gang)
Six Story Building
The Magnificent Six
Plot Digger Union (for the macabre undertone of some of our campaigns thus far and 'cause we're all into plot/story/narrative)
Gamers Anonymous)

oh, i'm totally up for the latin name, even if it's gramatically incorrect.

Like I would have really known if you hadn't pointed it out :P

I like the name in latin. Very regal and yet kinda secretive.

Fixed it. Name changing isn't a problem at all (until we put up a mailing list), but I dug on the way Congregatio Invicta (or Invictus) sounds.
