Chaosium Contest(s)

Post by Skyman »

So way back I entered into the Chaosium BRP contest and the Cthulhu Invictus contest. I got an e-mail today saying my submission was accepted for the BRP Invictus contest. So first I would like to say 'Yay me!' Second I don't know what won or did both win?

In either case. I am very appreciative to those who helped out in any way. From playtesting to art to some of the ideas. I tried to get your names in the scenario(s)

I am currently waiting to see what it will look like.

The BRP contest from the past has gotten some nice comments about the quality and range of adventures submitted so I am looking forward to that one in particular if mines in it. Also Kevin Ross has a scenario in it. The scenario I sent was called the Prison of Outlaws. Its a steampunk dystopian ect. ect. setting adventure.

The Cthulhu Invictus contest is new and I hope the one I sent is in it too. The scenario is called 'The Gods must Hate me.' A CoC adventure during Roman times. I had some really good feedback from the playtesters and I tried to incorporate what I could.

I'm pretty excited about the scenarios I sent because I got to do a lot of drawing and painting art for it...more than I normally do.

Thanks letting me indulge myself

Right, right... back when you had that missionary position.

Yeah that was fun back in the day. After getting married I was not able to do it anymore. Loved the cons and the quarterly adventure competitions.
