I answered 11 to 25, but I would be willing to travel farther depending on the circumstances (to game with long-time friends, if my wife wanted to travel to the same area (shopping, family visit, etc), etc).

I am partial to #2 because I mainly play D&D. I think most people like rolling dice, so I'll pick whatever option uses the most dice rolls.

Another good option would be to make each into its own booklet â€“ a rules book, and a campaign guide. That way, guys like me can have a rulebook for my setting, and GURPs fans can just put the campaign guide with their GURPs books.
