Count me in! I taste test beer all the time (mainly as a hobby) although, I don’t know about the ‘blind’ part of it. Does this mean that the name and brewer are unknown or that you can’t see the brew? IMO, In order to properly ‘experience’ a beer you must make use of all of your senses. ...

Interesting, but most beer cellaring temperatures are below 60 degrees anyway. It’s an admirable attempt though. Not to mention, I think most people drink their beer too cold anyway.
