I have decided that rather than try to post everything here, I will release the entire document to all, I will host it on my server, and will put a link here to download the latest version.

Releases will be announced here.

Please remember that this is copyright material, and only make one hard copy for your personal use. I would appreciate it if you would not just throw away any outdated hard copies you have, but rather return them to me. Thanks!

Very cool. I am currently working on revising my homebrew setting in the same fashion, so this is very cool for me to see. I'll read through it and give you an opinion when I'm done. :)
