Here's the PDF preview of Adventure D20. (http://www.swordsorcery.com/swordsorcery/Downloads/AdventurePreview.pdf)
Looks pretty good, though there's no classes in the preview. Looking forward to seeing this thing in person.

Speakin' a' which, here's the link for the retailers download (http://www.white-wolf.com/retail/RetailDownloads/2004PDFs/6June04PDF) for Aberrant D20. The interesting thing here is that it mentions Mutants and Masterminds as a related book...
(EDIT - rats, they don't let you link from their site to the retailers dowloads... just go to www.white-wolf.com and click on retailers, then retail downloads, then search for the Aberrant stuff...)

Looks like they took the electronic text of the original and just cut and pasted (so to speak) the rules for D20 into the original format. I like that. :D
I especially like this little passage, and I think it should be in EVERY D20 book that uses classes:
(Insert product name)'s six core classes are intended to be flexible, allowing many different character concepts to fit into each class role. Consider each as a general descriptor, providing opportunities rather than restrictions. An aristocrat doesn’t have to come from a haughty family of great wealth any more than a scoundrel must be a practicing cat burglar.
Although these classes are designed to fill archetypical roles, they are also meant to transition into more specialized avenues of character growth.

I was thinking about this last night, and after looking at my ST system Adventure! book, I think I could do it d20 using M&M. Wouldn't be too hard.
So, as cool as this new version sounds, I probably won't buy it.

M&M does some cool stuff. I thought it would be great for a Matrix game someone was trying to get together.

Meh, MnM is one of my favorite systems... but the original Adventure! was too damn good... besides, out of the 4 games I'm playing in/running are d20 or a variant of d20. :-P

Never tried original Adventure. For two fisted pulp action, EABA seemed pretty good.
