Hyphen-Con '08 Official Game Voting Poll, Round 1
Hyphen-Con '08 Official Game Voting Poll, Round 1
Ok, the games recap is up here. This is a multiple selection pool, pick the two you'd be the most interested in. Technically the poll will let you pick as many as you want, but that way lies madness.

Ah, I'm glad someone voted for the Roach. I'm curious about that one.
Soooo at the risk of sounding like an idiot.... when is this again? As in what is the date of Hyphen-con? I am probably looking for this info in the wrong spot.
We don't know yet. Right now, June 7 looks likely, but there's another thread in this forum where you can vote for a date. You just have to change how far back the displayed-threads-thing goes.

I only see 14 voters. If you are planning on going, get your votes in so we can get a second round of voting in if necessary. Quit twiddling your thumbs, get those last votes in. That includes any lurking new folks, if you're going, your opinion matters.

I think we should go ahead and close this thing within the next couple of days. It'll be two weeks as of tomorrow, I think, and it seems as if most everyone that's interested in voting has voted.

We'll have room for about 6 games (3 in each time slot). I think we should close the poll. It looks like the top games are:
TMNT - The Battle of Lost Vegas, Cthulhu
The Shab-al-Hiri Roach, Sadohara
All these games got three votes:
Star Wars: Paranoia, Devlin1
Tribe 8, BlanchPrez
Feng Shui: Skyman
No-Break Special, Neuro
SoTC - S.L.A.V.E., Uber_snotling
Og - Jimmy Corrigan
CoC/nWOD - Home Makeover, Cthulhu
So, we need four game out of these. First we need to know if Cthulhu wants to run two games. We then need to set up a second poll for these games.
Also, is the Star Wars game using the Paranoia rules or is that just the name of the adventure?
But what if we move to 3 sessions? eh?? eh??? come on, you all know you want to...
No, I don't. That'd rush the games we do have or drag on impossibly long.

No, it'll use the Paranoia XP rules.
We haven't even been able to do 3 sessions at Strategicon.
Bah! Maybe

Sam you are the Marathon man when it comes to gaming
I would presume each game would go on average 4-5 hours. Since Mords is the person hosting this I think we would suggest speaking to him about how long he is willing to have us there before sonsidering the 3 game platform because it would mean we either start really early or end really late....or both
I'll make a run off poll in the mean time
