First of all, this was practically inevitabre. Inevitabre. It would inevitabrey happen. Although the user agreement clearly says you're not allowed to create clones of copyrighted characters, nobody pays attention to it, so W0lverines and TheHulk.s are running around everywhere. NCSoft can only ban so many people a day.
Two, this is just a precursor to the release of Marvel's own superhero-themed MMORPG.

Yep.
I wonder if WotC will sue Sony, cos someone could theoreticly create a human warrior named "Regdar".
I mean, shit, you know that 3/4's of the CoH players are going to pick up the Marvel MMORPG.
And you know the Marvel game is going to suck.
Thats life.
After this they plan to sue the makers of Bic pens. Their pens are being used to create Illegal likenesses of Marvel characters.
Maybe they can get kryptonite locks to help 'em out. :)

Really? I'm being sued for once having recalled the image of a Marvel character in my mind.

When a cat is dropped, it always lands on its feet, and when toast is dropped, it always lands with the buttered side facing down. I propose to strap buttered toast to the back of a cat. The two will hover, spinning inches above the ground. With a giant buttered cat array, a high-speed monorail could easily link New York with Chicago.

But they would then get sued by DC comics for using their staple...
