reverberations 1.20.08

Post by jimmy corrigan »

that was a hoot! some of that was real comedy. thanks again for running, dnd3eplayer, and letting us use your pad, mordraine.

can't wait for next time we surreptiously use the force to bend the laws of physics or freak out a poor delivery boy!

I am jealous of everyone involved in this game.

i hope you have enough jealousy to go around 'cause my friend, who was introduced to tabletop rpg's last night, also got to join in on the action.

Ha ha ha! Yes, that was good fun. I keep laughing at our zany antics, but it was a great time and I felt welcome by y'all, especially despite my sometimes-slow response time. Damn lag.

Thanks ;) Meanwhile, I've been continuing to hone my Knowledge Skill of SocSci (a.k.a. reading Hegel and stuff about him) as well as reading up on ancient Kel Dorian lore.

I found those books that had "wolf" in the title that I read in high school:

They're called 'Lone Wolf'. Here is the first book called Flight From the Dark.

Wow, this totally takes me back.

If I remember correctly, those are either choose your own adventure or they made an rpg based off of them, or possibly both.

Oh yeah, and they are being republished online and in print:

I don't have any of these anymore, sorry. I actually can't even remember where they would be. I don't think they're at my parents' house; they would have given them back to me if I left anything at home since I left for college. Oh well.

Hrm... the 3rd might be problematic. I might have other stuff planned that day.

Sam can NPC me that session, if need be.

Correction. The 3rd is okay for me. It's the 2nd that I'm busy. Harumph. Grump. And other annoyed sound-effects.

Andy has extended an invite to watch the game at his place if anyone wants. We'll be starting either around normal time or just after the game, depending on whether anyone is really into watching it or whatever.
