Yes. It is one of those books with lots of pretty pictures and great ideas but poor system and execution. Goes right up there with games like CthulhuTech, Dark Heresy/Rogue Trader, Alpha Omega and Anima.



However, I like the ideas enough to mine it and use it with something like Diaspora.
