Best Wings

OK, I know this isn't really a culinary category, however it is something worth discussing. Wings (as in the part of the chicken that use to be discarded or woes meat would be removed to be used for other chicken products but normally served by themselves) have become a side item of their own, and at times have provided in multiple quantities served as the entree of the meal. As such it has spawn restaurants where wings are the main item sold...

All that being said. Where do you think are the best wings served in San Diego County?

I'd like to hear where there are good wings. I've heard the Auzzy Pub in PB has good wings but really don't know and don't eat a ton of wings. Anyone?

I actually like Hooters

A fun place to get wings is Hamiltons. Get the Deer Hunter

Agreed, but service can be hit or miss @ Mission Valley, and don't bother if you need to be seated quickly at lunch time (Gaslamp locaiton is much better for that).

My local wing place is Wing Stop at the corner of East H & Otay Lakes. It isn't half bad, but I don't know if I would say it is great.

Has anyone heard of crack wings? If not get the Salt & Pepper Chicken Wings from Golden Chopsticks in National City on Plaza. If you haven't tried them, then you haven't been at a Pinoy pot-luck.

I ordered the "atomic wings" and was pretty underwhelmed; the waitress confided in me that Wings n Things was better if you wanted them hot.

OB Noodle House is a Pho type place, in OB, but they recently added spicy garlic wings to the menu. They are really good.

I just got an email from the board saying I'm watching this topic, and a new post was added. Now, assuming that I actually decided to watch a topic about wings where we discussed diarrhea (which I assure you I did not), and that I have the board email me about this (which I am not sure if I did), it still is November 16th, 2012, and the topic was last replied on May 22, 2009. So.. yeah, the board is having a heart attack? :owned:

Just a heads up. Here's the text:

yeah, i've locked down new registrations till this blows over. I'm assuming it is human spammers, but also possible the spambots found a way around human-readable registration questions customized specifically for the rpg crowd. Not sure how they would do that with open-ended questions like I had, but you never know.
