Better than expected.

Well, I saw that you were posting in this forum, and figured it could only be about one thing, so I farted mine out in a hurry to try to beat you to it.

I don't really agree with your review -- I'd change "very" to "sorta," for one -- but sure, let's merge 'em.

How faithful can it be when they media has already told us they changed the end? Haven't watched the watchmen yet but what kind of gamer geek would I be if I hadn't read and re-read it?
In an infinite universe anything is not only possible, it's inevitable.

I think the ending of the movie was better than the ending of the comic, personally.
Hey man, I'm slinging volume and fat stacking benjies, you know what I mean? I can't be all about spelling and shit!

The only issue I had was the sound track was inappropriate and at times unnecessary. Good music used poorly.

The movie is almost panel for panel/shot for shot direct adaptation except with the censorship of some of the drugs, one costume change, and some pirate comics. Which I'm told will all be on the DVD.

The change was minor and satisfying in its implication, it removes some of the sour taste that the graphic novel left...Rorschach for Pyrrhic win.
