Summer RPing?

Also known as 'The Hyph' or the more wordy 'rpg-sandiego all-day meet-up'. This is the place to discuss everything related to our yearly November mini-con.

Summer RPing?

Any interest in another one-shot day? Just curious...

Me personally, I like keeping the rpg-sandiego all-day one-shot meet-up (as I like to call it) a once-a-year thing. The logistics involved is pretty draining.

There's been a distinct lack of one-shots occuring though, and we should remedy that. I was planning a Star Frontiers one-shot that I'd like to get back into.

I concur with keeping the one-shot meetup an annual occurance, but I'd be down for hosting a one-shot if someone wants to run one.

I got this crazy urge to run Jadeclaw today.
Whenever I get confused about D&D alignment morality, I just imagine Abraham Lincoln and Mahatma Ghandi arm wrestling shirtless on the back of a killer whale.

In other words, I remember that it doesn't really make a whole lot of sense and deal with it best I can.

Yes.... wanna see my wolf costume. Wolves are my spirit animal. Oh.. and my furry persona is a female wolf.

BTW... I'm not really a furry...... I just really enjoy the Usagi Yojimbo comic and grew up on TMNT. I just wanted to be really clear about that one.

If someone runs a TMNT one-shot, I might just show up.

I have a hankering to play a mutant chicken named "The Colonel."

I think I might go the dark and dreary route more than Teenage Mutant Militant Chickens.

But I could do something with that. I haven't played that system in forever. Maybe I will have Chris not e-bay all my TMNT stuff for me. :)

C'mon. A mutant chicken, the by-product of growth hormones and bad attitude, using a flame thrower on his enemies. How do you want yours? Regular, or extra crispy?

Nah, I admit. That's damn silly. Especially for me. I'm usually so very serious...
