Hey, there's a sort of all-day one-shot meet-up thing up in San Fran that is on a slightly larger scale than what we're doing. I haven't looked around on the site yet, but it might be something we'd want to model our thing after at some point in time in the future...

Heh, I saw that the other day with the add on rpg.net. It seems they are having it at a game store.

Isn't that basically what Game Fest is at Game Towne?

Yeah, but something tells me this one is better advertised and organized. The simple banner on rpg.net is evidence enough.

I wish we had a nice hall type of place where we could do an all-day one-shot meet-up and have enough room so that we could advertise the heck out of it

BTW, that's what I propose we officially name our mini-mini-con.

The RPG-Sandiego.org All-Day One-Shot Meet-Up. Has a certain ring to it.

It would be RPG-SDO ADOSMU for short.

ADIOS sound good amigo's. Some places that come to mind are community centers or church halls or Libraries.

i just looked at some the store's gallery shots. pretty nice space there. actually looks like an flgs. i wish they were in business when i lived up in the bay area. they opened it in 2004, a year after i left.
