The Thanks be to Kore (and also to Mord) Thread

Also known as 'The Hyph' or the more wordy 'rpg-sandiego all-day meet-up'. This is the place to discuss everything related to our yearly November mini-con.

The Thanks be to Kore (and also to Mord) Thread

Post by Sadohara » Wed Apr 08, 2009 7:09 am

The people were good times. The games were good times. The venue was good times. The food was good times.

The Hyph did it again.

But it couldn't have done it without the devoted efforts of Mordraine, most specifically, and our gracious corporate hosts (though not yet sponsors), Kore.

On behalf of satisfied attendees, I thank you both.

Totally agree. Tell those guys thanks again from all of us Mord, and if there was any of their soda misappropriated by our ranks (as I heard might have been the case?) let us know so we can replace it.

I thought the whole affair sucked.

Mainly because I couldn't be there.

You know...being 2,000 miles away and all. :frown:

We've had to learn to survive without you, Tom. It hasn't been easy, but I'm sure you can understand.

That said, you oughtta see if you can arrange a little trip to sunny SoCal next April....

Several cases actually... :)

But I'm not worried about it. I didn't spell it out like I did last year so it's mostly my fault.

Thanks for hosting us, maybe next time I'll get time off and bring food. I look forward to being more than just someone that you'll see once a year (and actually I have been checking this board almost daily).

I'd like to thank everyone for respecting the premises and being good guests too!

Oh, and I'd like to reiterate:

It was all Jimmy Corrigan's fault.
