I've been wanting to contribute as a GM to the 1 shot group for awhile so I would like to see if there's interest in a Trek one-shot. Not because I haven't GMed it before, but because some of you might have interest in playing using the CODA rules (which kick ass BTW). And because I have a stand-alone adventure ready to go. It would be at least a couple of weeks before I could run this.
Set immediately after the Dominion War, the PCs are the crew of the USS
Gallant, an Intrepid-Class vessel (same one as Voyager). The ship is currently assigned to exploration and patrol in the mysterious Ulari sector, largely unexplored by the Federation, and generally avoided by nearby starfaring cultures. Rumored to be the home of hostile and unkown entities of considerable power.
The characters:
Lt. Cmdr. Michael Porter: Human male, Command branch. A young hotshot on the fastrack to command. Served with distinction at the Battle of Betazed during the War.
Lt. J.G. Setak: Vulcan science officer. A specialist in computer use, as well as the sciences. A former archivist of the Kohlinar discipline, he decided his talents would best be used serving the Federation. Somewhat arrogant. Player of the Vulcan Lute.
Ens. Ral Meru: Bajoran female (or male), Operations officer. A jack of all trades. Deeply spiritual despite a childhood spent in Cardassian labor camps.
Lt. Reittan Stadi: Betazoid male, Cheif Medical Officer. A former initiate of the Council of Sentiency on Betazed, who was convinced to join Starfleet.
Lt. J.G. Helena (or Henry) Smith: Human male, Cheif Engineer. Newly promoted, Smith is unsure of herself as the head of engineering, and might have been promoted at too young an age.
Lt. J.G. Luther Cortez: Human male, 2nd watch Tactical officer. Joined Starfleet to escape a life as a wandering engineer. Deeply scarred by events during the Battle of Betazed, which he refuses to talk about.

Conversely, Slayer never did any concerts with Christian rockers, Stryper.

Thanks for the replies. cczernia has played this episode before and will be second GM, it should be extra killer now. The last time I ran this one it got a really good response from the players.

Ah Tattoo, that is *my* holodeck fantasy...[/quote]
Mine involves a 300 pound Samoan woman, 5 gallons of wesson oil, and a doberman.
