Tribe 8 One-Shot

Post by Count Zero »

So I made up these characters for a demo at Gen Con and no one showed up. I put so much work into these characters I would like to take advantage of them.

Anyone up for a one shot of Tribe 8?

I would be using Silhouette Core Rules but doing the Vimary setting from the 1st Edition rather than the Capal setting from Second Edition (for those that know what that means).

In other words, I remember that it doesn't really make a whole lot of sense and deal with it best I can.

Just to let you know *my* availability, I could play it on Monday or Tuesday. Wednesday is LOST night, and hence completely out. Thursday is out as well, unless we hold the game at my house, cuz I hafta stay home on Thursdays. Friday is my usual gaming night, but that's only every other week, so Friday could work if it falls between. Saturday and Sunday could be considered, but I think most other folks are too busy on weekends.

Weekends is right out for me.

Tuesdays is my normal gaming night, so that leaves that day out.

I might be able to do Wednesday, if no one minds I have the baby.

Monday, Thursday and Fridays work best for me. Of course, none of this is doable until December, once I've finished my novel.

As well, my schedule is subject to change via my wife.

mondays and every other friday (starting on december 2) are my two regular gaming groups. first thursdays of the month (next one's december 1) and wednesday december 7 are work days. i usually reserve weekends for r&r.

tuesdays, wednesdays and thursdays (apart from the dates mentioned and holidays) above work best for me.

Obviously I *could* do it on a Wednesday, after arranging for Lost to be taped (I know, I know - "Mord, get a DVR!!")

.. Or I could burn it to a disc for you to watch. I never watch Lost live, too many stupid commercials ;)

Can't say I know much (anything) about Tribe8, but I'd give it a try, depending on when of course.

Sorry... been a little busy... I haven't had a chance to really look at the board recently....

How many people are in the regular Friday group? I could just run it for them.
