Character sheets are up, and you can pick who you called for. I figure as a one shot, there's not much reason to keep the characters secret.

Wow, a use for a blog after all.

I'll have printed versions as well, because I don't think those would print well.

Gah, hate to do it, but I'm gonna have to bow out for tomorrow's game. I've got a job interview friday morning and need to spend tomorrow night brushing up on a few things.

No problem. I'll save a cigar. Good luck on the job interview.

I hope he can find your place. His name doesn't inspire much confidence. LOL!

I have to bow out tonight. My wife apparently had other plans for me that I did not register as including me. I am bummed! I am extremely bummed! I'm just a bum who is bummed out, which by the way, is a bummer. I really wanted to check this game out

No problem. Running this basic one shot has really gotten me thinking about ideas for my own game. Lets put it back in the queue, since there are 3 people who wanted to check it out, and run it another time. When's the next available date? (I know, I know, check the calendar)

In any event, we still have enough people for this game, so we'll continue, and give some folks a taste of how UA runs.

Well I will be there. I used mapquest and I have directions, and a map. But because my handle is accurate... I'll leave a bit early.

Great game BoC. Loved the hillbilly parts from scene 3. I also liked the character and I think if we go ahead with an actual campaign I'll play the same (or similar) character.

Glad you liked it. It was a lot of fun to run. I would like to run a short campaign of this. I think it would be really cool.

According to the calendar, it looks like May 19th is open? Is that true?

The congregatio group (ie. the vampire group, although we're playing something else now) meets every other Thursday, and the 19th happens to be one of those Thursdays. So I wouldn't be able to make that day, or anyone else in that group.

As far as I know, no one's tried to set up any other one-shots, so you got dibs on that Thursday if you want it.

I'll also point out (perhaps unhelpfully) that you can pick another day besides Thursday to run a game. If you get enough people who are interested, that is. One-shots can be run anytime by anyone anywhere.

No problem there, but if I understand right, you *usually* have your Thursdays free, and they work well for you, and Mike. Since both of you expressed interest, it seemed like a good night.

Just reminding you guys that May 19 is a holy day in celebration for the final release of Star Wars - Revenge of the Slut

Indeed I am interested (and thanks for thinking of me)! I just didn't want anyone to go thinking that Thursdays were the only day one-shots could be run.

More money is almost always good, provided they don't ask you to do anything that makes you feel dirty ;)

Hey I seem to have missplaced my copy of Statosphere, as far as I can tell its not in my car or my apartment, and since I'm moving down to my hometown for the summer it would really ease my mind if you guys could check to see if you might have accidently picked it up. Thanks.

If not I guess I'll have to order a new copy. Great game BTW.
