[quote="BreakfastOfChampions"]I think we're looking at playing this after Blanchprez's Tribe 8 game. Well, probably alternating, so y'all got 3 weeks to decide.

Which means, we'll all probably wait until the day of, if not later ]
So, like... when's that, again?

Consider it the warm-up for the game-a-thon.

I know you asked if I was going to play. If I play I want to play Huan of Kitai. He sounds like an interesting character. What night will this be again?

Is there a standard place for this, or should I just have it at my place. If at my place, does anyone need directions?

good question

Well, an answer right quick would be nice, since Devlin is coming from out of town. I don't hit this site from work much, so I leave it in the One shot group's capable hands and as long as I'm not driving up to Winchester, I'm pretty good with any place.

Most of 'em have been at my place, but it's not a necessity. Generally it's up to whoever is running the one-shot to pick where it'll be at. So, based on that, I'd say it's at your place.

Works for me! At any rate, it makes a decision. So please PM me if you need directions!

I'm down with that-- I'd rather drive to Rancho Pen on a weekday evening than Chula Vista. Yikes.

BTW, Andy, you have a lovely home.

Yes, proven that d20/OGL mini combat can be fun, it not lengthy.

Thanks for playing. I think it was a very good time.

In retrospect, I wish Conan had Mook rules. While you guys did mow down the pirates like winter wheat, it still took some time, and a nifty set of mook rules would have sped that along.

But on that happy note. Hmm should I run a one-shot of Feng Shui?

Line em up. However, I would wait until you finish HARP so you don't over due it and can focus your preperation.

It did take us awhile to plow the field but I've seen slower with easier folks. Feng Shui would be interesting

I believe the winner of the overkill damage award went to the thief at 29 points to kill a 9 point pirate.

The "kill steal" award went to the terry-cloth bathrobe wearing scholar who stole the pirate's kill from him.

The Nomad wins the body surfing award. Yuck!

The Barbarian of course was the one really mowing them down.

And to think, all he ever wanted to do was pick a few pockets or open a few locks.

In Conan you just happen upon battle. Kind of like finding a $5 bill in the street.

I have an idiotic question. Why do you need "mook rules"? Why not just say they die in one hit? Bada-bing.

Also, good time last night. Glen, did I leave a 1908 book at your place?

Speaking of which, did I leave a tupperware container at your place?
