Just a reminder for everyone that we're playing this Monday at 6:30ish @ Game Empire. I will be returning to the GM spot. If your one of the newer folks I'll be getting there around 6:00 to help you roll up you're character or answer questions. I hope you like this one.

Hooray! I'm really looking forward to it. I have an interview at 11 over the phone and the woman to whom I'm passing all my studies arrived last night and we start the handover today. I'm absolutely sure, somehow, that the pub having Beamish and getting to play in your CoC game is what's going to keep me happy and sane today. Happy thoughts. Happy thoughts.

I may be running a bit late, as well. There's no way I'm getting out of here before six tonight, short of a miracle. Although, miracles seem to be happening, today.

welcome to the group Infernus and Feel. Please stop by again Plaid Rhino. Here are some highlights of the game....aptly called the return of Deacon:

To start off Deacon returns
Barny's ex-wife returns
Max's Dad gets jiggy with Camille
George hangs out with Deacon
George gets a tommy gun but has no idea how to use it
Barny and Doc check out the ex's pad
Max, the perpetual batchelor, proposes to Lucy....and reports that hell has frozen over
Camille strikes it rich in books galor
Old McDonald had a Bank Cha ching cha ching with a cha ching there a cha ching here
Doc tries to help Barny get to grips with himself and explores his fear of blood
Deacon does his best impression of the Star Kiss Tuna when Max refuses to hang out with him
Camille climbs the tower like Fantasy Island and yells "D'Hole, D'holes!"
The group decides the fate of the world while they sit in a tug boat heading to the USS Companile
Barny finds hair
Mr. McDonald has MAx, Camille and Barny sign a contract giving him their soul....just kidden
Winter (Meta gaming) asks Feel if his character is just a one shot or more because he wants to conserve his characters bullets
We decide not meta game the situation between 2 PC's. They don't end up shooting each other because the one with the tommy gun fumbles
Comet industries gets a new company president.....and then loses him.
Chinese NPC's are evil....unless his name is Uncle Sam
Look everyone I run one of the largest companies in America and I'm gonna step into this Chinese cage that magically locks because I think you guys are full of crap
Simon realizes that he should expect the unexpected from the Players and roll sanity every 30 minutes....for himself
Deacon says "Now something completely diferent." Fishy, Fishy, fishy
One of the 5 evil wizards of from China is crooning old Bing Crosby songs to keep the beasties a sleep
Best quote Infernous "Dude where's the exit because I'm heading right there."
Most insightful quote "I keep my Tommy gun on him because I think he has more than one gun."
Winter's answer "I've got four."
Infernous and Max get more sensative because the chicks dig it.
Just letting you know that Pine Valley has one tree monster while a Thousand Oaks has....well a thousand

Ok we just had the climax to Deacon's return. Here are some highlights to the nights game

Barny goes NPC and becomes taxi driver....no not the robert dinero type
George arrives in the nick of time to save Alex with Docs help
The Doc Pisses on his hand and loses a couple fingers
Camille reads a lot and becomes less wise
Alex loses his left arm
George almost kills Deacon and almost dies himself in the hospital
CAmille say's "When a beastie is about to spit on you stand behind the Chinese guy"
Martini's on the boat are shaken and not stirred
The Doc throws a breath mint into a D'Holes Mouth. Curiously strong TNT.
They try to run Deacon over....they missed
Alex loses left arm and a pair of black dress shoes
I actually rolled sexual fixation for Alex but it made me lose sanity thinking how it would play thru so I had him reroll
Don't ask Max to banish beasties. He just can't get the chant down
Queer Eye for the straight guy sound track makes everyone roll sanity. The GM goes temporarily insane and starts dancing
Max writes the cover story for the news paper and chats with the police chief
Deacon rejuvinates by eating thugs
Alex is a bitter man....a very bitter man.
George gets crappy rolls when it counts
the box of dynamite theory almost works...notice the operational word 'almost'
D'holes spit is sticky and eats away flesh just ask the Melted Wizard
Queer Eye for the Straight guy sound track is a great back ground music for to CoC....just ask Winter
Yes alex was naked and thrown into the Atlantic

Maybe I shouldn't expand on this further.... but I will. Get ready to roll your sanity check

I was thinking during the game that D'Holes look very phallic and he had one already spew on him so he would have this fixation with worshipping the man phallus and be afraid of man seed because it would stick to people and melt them ....this is where I stopped and told him to reroll. Thank Goodness they stopped playing queer eye for the straight guy or I would have went with it. I probably said too much. I'm sorry

as in fish. They have teeth, I think. Minnesotan fishermen speak in awe of them, and the nasty things those teeth can do.

I think Pike have teeth as well.

I don't think too many freshwater fish got teeth.

Man. Edmund Muskie. There's a blast from the past.

Ok here's an update of tonights adventure

They choose to hunt the Dholes
Topeka Kansas is where they are headed
Camille say's 'look everyone its a pentagram'
The doc looks at Mutant porn
Max BS is at a premium high
George has L33T bluff skills and leads the warehouse folks to look at daisies growing by the tracks
Barb the phone operator freaks Camille out
Could it be the water or could it be the meat lasanga?...which leads to the question 'where's the beef?'
Camille reaches out and talks to Jethro from Texas
Max has fun dilating the chicks eye
They sit down the banker and tell him the horrible truth....we don't fish
They stay at Barny's cousins pad
Camille asks the banker 'Now that we've told you the truth would you mind reading this spell so you can lose your mind easier.'
Don't play poker with the banker. You'll be making all deposit with no withdrawl
Barny and the banker finds acid holes in the train cart
We stop before the horror gets worse
Mordraine wins the booby prize....and I'm not talking about his conan suppliment

Meh, I don't have my AFMBE book on me, but if someone wants to spring for the corebook, I'd be happy to run a sequel to the previous session... it's like, 24.95, I think.

1. It all depends on Simon whether or not we play a one-shot of anything. So I'm sorry I spoke out of line... just mentioning it since we'll be missing two members of the group.

2. Of course you can play Chris.

3. I doubt you'll get takers on the buying of the corebook Morgan.

Because of the way we left off and the amount of folks we have playing...We can actually continue the CoC adventure as is. The issue would be whether we would want Max and Camille as NPC's or unable to continue because of the flu that has been going around in Topeka

AS for a one shot in AFMBE, I would recommend doing it after this CoC scenario if everyone is up for it and if we have time. Which may happen.

Chris you're always welcome to to join. I don't think I needed to say that but I did anyways.
