Anybody with some graphic design skills inclined to make a flyer for the site? Preferably something small enough to fit on bulletin boards (since that's what most game stores seem to have) that we can print out and put up at game stores and the like.

I dunno. The ones I'd put up originally said 'Looking for gamers? Visit San Diego's Roleplaying Resource, rpg-sandiego.org'. Should probably keep the intent similar, since that does seem to be what draws people to the site.
