I have most of an old computer to give away, if anyone wants to use it. It was built by me in September 1999. I'm moving and don't want to take it with me.
It's got a black, mid-tower case with a ton of drive bays (3 upper 3.5" for DVD drive, etc., and 4 lower 2.5" for HDD). It's an Athlon 900 Mhz Thunderbird with motherboard, 640 MB of PC-133 RAM, and a disconnected (but functioning) 200 W power supply. It has a SoundBlaster Live! Drive and one of their sound cards from 1999 (can't remember the name, before the Audigy). The Live! Drive lets you connect MIDI and SPDIF stuff to the computer (input and output). It also has a Geforce 3 Ti 200 video card, floppy drive, and maybe a small hard drive (I'll check).
If you're going to take it, please use it or recycle the parts you don't want. I just don't want it ending up in the trash.
Email me and let me know.
