Wanted: To Start a New Game

Hey guys,

Okay, here's the deal. I've been given Thursday night's as my night away from the house, and I would like to use that night as a chance to start up a new game.

What I would like to do is run a bog standard D&D game that's not designed around an epic story, but rather a series of unconnected adventures. What this means is:

Just classes and races from the PHB and DMG (at lest to start). Also, while the individual adventures may be connected by background elements (such as setting or player background) the campaign as a whole will NOT be one long single story.

The only special consideration would be that I already have the first adventure, and in it you all would start as 1st level NPC class characters, becoming full fledged PC classes at 2nd level.

Also, this wouldn't have to be a regular, weekly game. This is more of a side game, something to do just for fun. I was thinking of every other week myself.

So, would anyone be interested in this?
