I've had similar problems like this with other forums before. Usually has been an issue with the domain or timeout of the cookie not meshing quite right.

Winter, you may want to take a quick look at those settings.

I'm ok for the 26th of March. Regarding the individual games slots, there's bound to be some conflicts there as well, especially with GMs who have some time already booked for the game they will run. Maybe we should try and match up the GMs as best we can to the games they want to play in, then open...

I'm not sure its an ideal solution, but I could setup an online calendar for scheduling this. Everyone would be able to post for each potential day whether they are available or not. We'd at least get a visual idea of what days were good or bad that way. I was looking for some online scheduling soft...
