One thing that I've just now remembered-a GW game called Necromunda. One of the gangs, House Delaque consisted of guys in trenchcoats with bald heads, goggles and rifles. Definetely a CP look. They only way to get them is by ordering from GW.

Steve Jackson games have a boxed set of 25 or 28mm "Special Ops" modern-era minis, I saw them at Game Towne. Check out the Warhammer 40k line, the Imperial Gaurd and Space Marine armies in particular. There's a huge number of models out for those and you might find something you might want...
