Yeah, I kinda hate Penn and Teller. I find a lot of their arguments to be weak at best. They base a good chunk of their conclusions on libertarian ideals. There was an episode a long while back about recycling where some of their arguments were down right retarded.

Looks to me that there was dushbagery on both sides. The cops handled the situation about as badly as they could. I really don't see how they needed to tase the guy. Why couldn't they just drag the him out of there? And to be fair "cops are fascists" and "help help I'm being oppressed...

IF playing a Dwarf you might want to look at the Dwarven Defender in the DMG. You'll need to be a 7th level lawful dwarf with Dodge, Endurance, and Toughness.

(I don't know why they always make you take Endurance, I don't think I've ever seen that one come into play either.)

It's also really important what kind of fighter you're playing. Cleave and power attack are great for strong two handed weapon guys, but I wouldn't take greater cleave. Personally I've never seen it used. And if you do use it you're dropping the guys in one shot anyway and you don't really need any ...
