Paging all N. County GURPS players, all 3 of you! :D

Got a core group of 4 players, but would welcome more, GMs or players welcome. We generally trade off between Banestorm, Traveller: Interstellar Wars and an as yet to be launched Infinite Worlds game. If you've got a preferred game setting you like to run, or an idea you've always wanted to try, we'...

Still in progress, but it looks pretty awesome, though I'm not sure how Monkey Island would fare as an FPS. :D

Yeah, if you've read the Watchmen comic, Jackie Earle Haley portrayed a very, VERY convincing Rorschach.

I never really got into the Nightmare On Elm Street movies, only ever saw the first one start to finish, but I do believe Mr. Haley could handle the role of Freddy Krueger.

Mini District 9 review (no/minimal spoilers)

First, I'll address the issue that this is merely "Alien Nation" warmed over and given a fresh coat of CGI paint; it's not. It bears some superficial resemblances to Alien Nation, inasmuch as there is a mothership that comes to rest over a major city, and the aliens are in a wretched state...

In my own case, since I generally play GURPS exclusively, I tend to bring only the applicable books that are needed for the game, i.e. if we're playing a Banestorm game, I'll bring the Basic books, Banestorm, Fantasy, Magic and whatever other sourcebooks happen to be applicable.
